Sports Physicals

ALL Cheerleaders must have a current Sports Physical on file with the Athletic Director’s Office by the official start date of practice:
Football Sideline Cheer: 8/7/17
Basketball Sideline Cheer: 10/23/17
Competition Sideline Cheer: 10/23/17

Per IHSA, Physical Examinations are good for 395 days from the date of examination.
